Baltimore County Circuit Court Judge Pat Stringer
When there are vacancies on the Baltimore County Circuit Court the Governor appoints Judges who are highly qualified to serve on the bench until the next election. When the next election occurs, those Circuit Court Judges who wish to continue to serve must run for election to a 15 year term in a special non-partisan election.
Judges are custodians of the principles and values that keep our society stable and our communities safe. Not everyone is qualified to be a Circuit Court Judge; making the right decisions requires knowledge tempered with wisdom, and authority tempered with compassion.
